I am a risk management, resilience, and crisis specialist with over a 15 years’ experience working with governments, businesses, charities and individuals on crisis planning, management and response as well as crisis communications.

Formerly a UK Civil Servant, I spent over 2 years in the Cabinet Office’s Civil Contingencies Secretariat preparing for and responding to domestic emergencies in the UK. I moved into the private sector in 2011 and have since developed crisis procedures and response plans for small organisations to multi-national ones, travelling internationally to test crisis response processes and deal with issues. I have dealt with a broad range of issues as well, from crisis management and public relations perspective. I have recently spent two years managing a team, of both nationals and expats, in the Middle East, working to build and develop a national risk government department, a first in the country.

Clients have included retail, entertainment, food, oil & gas, aviation, education, sovereign wealth funds, and many other sectors as well as supporting high-net-worth individuals and charities.
