Karen is a leadership skills development coach, specialising in enabling leaders at all levels to be the best leader they can be.
As an accredited Strengths Profile coach and a certified Mental Fitness coach, Karen incorporates these tools into her leadership development programmes to enable leaders to truly be their best selves so they can lead their teams to inspiring performance.
Programme Length:
This programme is available in 2 options:
- 6 hour Leadership development programme (£810) 1:1 bespoke coaching including Expert Strengths Profile (+ 1 hour learning needs analysis conversation)
- 12 hour Leadership development programme (£1620) 1:1 bespoke coaching including Expert Strengths Profile and Cognomie Mental Fitness profile (+ 1 hour learning needs analysis conversation)
Learning outcome:
These programmes enable leaders to inspire their people to perform at their best; to create the psychological safety that enables them to bring their whole selves to work; and to create the conditions for career and personal growth.
Learning Objectives:
Each programme will be bespoke to the individual leader’s development needs, identified in the 1 hour learning needs analysis conversation. Depending on needs, the learning objectives may include:

Inspiring performance: enable your people to perform at their best by setting inspiring goals, giving effective feedback, enabling success and managing difficult conversations

Chartered Member of the CIPD (Level 7 Diploma in HR Development)
