Your Personal Resilience assessment enables you to understand where you are now in key areas like motivation, anxiety, perspective, fulfilment and happiness. Your Personal Resilience coaching enables you to understand what changes you can make to achieve the improvements you'd like to see in the future.
Programme Length:
2 hours (£320 including Personal Resilience assessment)
Learning outcome:
Know how to improve and manage your resilience and wellbeing so you can balance the demands of your leadership role and your personal life.

- Understand what is contributing to your resilience and wellbeing, both positively and negatively
- Know how to better manage your thoughts and feelings, positively and proactively
- Be able to better manage your relationships and communication
- Know how you gain motivation and a sense of achievement at work and in your personal life
