This programme is based on our 'Influential Leadership' model, with 3 stages

Identity -

Defining your vision. Understanding your emotions. Managing your personal impact

Develop -
The second step is to build your personal brand through the five dimensions of trust. You need trust in your team, in your abilities and most of all, in yourself.

Activities in Development include: Managing your language to build your believability.
Managing your behaviour to demonstrate your reliability. Managing your emotions to demonstrate your objectivity. Managing your motives to demonstrate your selflessness. Understanding your strengths to build your capability.

Influence
You know who you are, you believe in yourself, and you know you're ready to make an influence. Now it's time to leverage this and add value.

Activities in Influence include: Building an alliance of stakeholders to help deliver your project
Developing insights into the needs, wants and desires of your stakeholders.
Creating innovative solutions that receive buy-in from your stakeholders.
A plan to successfully complete your project.
