In this 3.5 hour session we will look at what compassion is, how we show compassion and what can happen if we experience Compassion Fatigue.
Compassion is something we all give, some more than others. what we tend not to do is offer ourselves the same compassion.
The course is designed for anyone who works with people, customers, clients etc. and includes exploring compassion as well as exploring some tools and techniques to help us maintain compassion and identify if we are experiencing compassion fatigue.
Group size is maximum 16 and minimum 10
