Priyanka is a highly experienced Organisational Psychologist and Founder of Mindtrail, a learning provider which specialises in building better teams through psychology. Priyanka commenced her career in the insurance industry, and since then, has delivered science-based learning solutions to hundreds of employees across a diverse range of industries, within FTSE 100, real estate, leisure, property management, higher education and construction. Priyanka has been recognised for her team learning interventions by the Association of Business Psychology.
