I have worked with and through people for all of my career, over 25 years in Human Resources and Learning & Development teams where I have managed teams in a diversity range of industries.
For two decades, I have gained experience in training needs analysis, course and programme design, delivery and evaluation. I have also headed up project teams in recruitment, retention, engagement and talent management. For most of my career, I have created management and leadership development programmes, with a focus on self-awareness and awareness of others.
I am an NLP Master Practitioner, a member of the CIPD and am Level A&B trained with the British Psychological Society. I am also trained in Thomas International behavioural, fluid intelligence and emotional intelligence assessment tools, having worked as their Head Of Training for a number of years.
I am an authentic, supportive professional Trainer and Coach who is passionate about working with individuals and organisations to help them become their most effective, personally and professionally.
I have built a business Lotus Bridge coaching and development with a focus on wellness and wellbeing, primarily to help people and business bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be using real experience from my life and my work.
